Between workshops, meetings, and shows, there were team-building activities around every corner, and attendees enjoyed every second. Working together, the teams built greatness in Lima.
One activity stood out among the rest. While everyone participated in a treasure hunt, a CSI Lima team investigation, and a domino effect, the star of the event of the convention was a construction processing activity. Forty teams of 5 worked together to construct a giant activity of the company’s logo. 200 people in total communicated, developed strategy, and finally hand built the logo in 90 minutes – an impressive feat that showcased the importance of working together among company employees.
Helen Keller once said “Alone we can do so little; together, we can do so much.” This sentiment rang true among the attendees of our client’s Lima convention. Everyone who participated in the event got to see first-hand the greatness that comes when teamwork is top priority.
