Valérie Bihet, former Communications Director at Disneyland Paris and Club Med North America, founded VIBE in 2004. With more than 22 years as an event planner, she has led our team in producing over 2,000 corporate events for Fortune 500 companies.

I built VIBE around a simple idea: ‘Be a Guest at Your Own Event.’ We design experiences where guests don’t just attend; they become part of a story. Every event we produce runs on two layers: the 360, which is complete, end-to-end ownership of every touchpoint before, during, and after the event, and the +1, the emotional layer that makes people feel something they carry home. That +1 is not decoration. It’s the whole point.
