Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base $56,000 + Commission (OTE $70,000–$80,000) USD
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and highly organized Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the front line of our sales engine. In this role, you’ll create strategic first touchpoints, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and book high-quality discovery calls for our Account Executives.
This is a performance-based role for someone who thrives on outreach, precision, and consistency and who understands that a strong pipeline starts with strong qualification.
What You’ll Do
- Generate qualified inbound and outbound leads aligned with our ICP
- Create thoughtful, brand-aligned first touchpoints across multiple channels
- Qualify prospects using defined criteria before handoff to Account Executives
- Book discovery calls and ensure warm, well-documented handoffs
- Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence without leads falling through the cracks
- Track all outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM (HubSpot) with complete accuracy
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging and targeting

Performance Metrics & Expectations
Success in this role is clearly defined and measured by:
- 5–10 qualified leads per month
- $1M+ pipeline impact target
- 60–75 outbound touches per day
- 15 new leads sourced per day
- 80% lead acceptance rate by Account Executives
- 100% CRM accuracy (contacts, notes, activities)
- Consistent follow-up discipline
- Professional, brand-aligned communication at all times
- 3 Month Ramping Period with Adjusted Metrics
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary: $56,000
- On-Target Earnings: $70,000–$80,000
