Ironclad is a leading AI-powered Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software designed to automate, manage, and sign contracts — speeding up business deals while reducing legal risk. It serves as a digital repository for contracts, featuring no-code workflows, e-signature integrations, and AI analytics for legal and business teams. Ironclad operates in a competitive B2B tech landscape and conducts an annual multi-city roadshow to connect with decision-makers and grow its pipeline.
THE ASK
Ironclad came to VIBE as an existing client, continuing a trusted partnership established through their 2024 roadshow series. For their San Francisco stop, the primary objective was to engage a curated B2B audience composed of both internal team members and a selection of current and prospective clients.
A key focus was placed on re-engaging low-interest prospects and converting them into qualified opportunities, while simultaneously nurturing existing relationships. Over the course of two days, the event was designed to immerse attendees in Ironclad’s ecosystem through product presentations, thought leadership sessions, and meaningful networking opportunities.
The goal was to clearly demonstrate the value of Ironclad’s solutions, reinforce brand positioning, and ensure the company remains top-of-mind for contract management needs — particularly in
San Francisco, Ironclad’s home market.
THE ANSWER
VIBE served as the full-service production partner for the event, managing every dimension of the experience from venue to on-site execution. Our scope of work included:
• Venue & Logistics: Sourcing, booking, and managing the W San Francisco hotel, covering guestrooms, meeting rooms, catering, AV, and show caller services.
• Digital Presence: Building and managing a dedicated 1-page event website with integrated registration.
• Branding & Print: Supporting all branded materials and printed collateral for the event.
• Décor & Scenography: Designing the event’s visual concept in line with Ironclad’s brand identity, including furniture rentals for the stage and partners, plants, and floral arrangements.
• Media Coverage: Providing an on-site photographer and videographer to capture the event. The event ran as a full one-day program: check-in and registration, a welcome and kick-off session featuring multiple speakers, a networking lunch with partner tables, two afternoon workshops, and a closing welcome reception. The day prior was dedicated to set-up and speaker rehearsals.
