Glenfarne gathered its leadership team and key executives in Miami for a strategic summit combined with the celebration of the company’s 15th anniversary. VIBE designed and delivered the full two-day experience — from keynote production and gala dinner to a charity team-building activity — within a one-month planning window.

THE ASK

Glenfarne wanted to organize a leadership summit combined with a celebration of their 15th anniversary, bringing together executives from different offices. The event needed to feel professional and high-level, yet elegant and relaxed — reflective of Glenfarne’s culture and values.

The objectives were to:
• Facilitate strategic discussions among leadership
• Create meaningful engagement between executives
• Celebrate Glenfarne’s 15-year milestone
• Provide memorable experiences outside the meeting room

Keynote speakers integrated into the program:
• Nando Parrado — leadership and resilience speaker
• Peter Zeihan — geopolitical strategist

The Challenge

The event required compressing what is normally a multi-month planning process into just four weeks. VIBE had to rapidly coordinate between multiple vendors, two distinct venues, AV and production teams, international keynote speakers, and a charity partner — all while managing several last-minute adjustments to staging, presentations, and room setups. The event also needed to balance a rigorous strategic agenda with memorable celebration moments, keeping the tone consistently premium throughout.

THE ANSWER

VIBE took full ownership of design, planning, and execution — handling every element of the two-day experience from start to finish.
Plenary sessions took place at the Marriott Biscayne Bay Grand Ballroom. VIBE coordinated:
• Stage design and AV production
• Run of Show with Valerie as show caller
• Speaker management, including securing Peter Zeihan
• Slide beautification, custom jingles, Voice of God, and music curation
• Printed collateral: badges, lanyards, custom 15th anniversary coins, notebooks, and backdrops
• Photographer and videographer booking
• Furniture rentals and hotel logistics coordination

EVENT PRODUCTION & MEETINGS

An exclusive gala dinner was held at KLAW Restaurant, featuring:
• Elegant custom floral design
• Custom branding: menus, bar menus, and branded DJ booth
• Live entertainment: DJ, saxophonist, magician, and cigar roller
• 360° photo booth experience
• Full AV and production management

GALA DINNER — KLAW RESTAURANT

To close the program, VIBE organized a charity team-building activity: “Build the Guitar.” Participants worked in teams to assemble guitars donated to Guitars 4 Vets, an organization supporting veterans through music therapy. The activity created strong team engagement, a positive atmosphere, and a meaningful charitable impact.
