For a global luxury Maison, national consistency is not just a goal. It is a requirement. In 2026, Dior chose The VIBE Agency to run its Sprint Training Series in 10 important U.S. cities: Miami, Atlanta, San Francisco, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Orange County, Washington, D.C., San
Jose, and Los Angeles. Each session had 30 participants, keeping the group small and focused on high standards.
THE ASK
Dior needed carefully designed training environments that matched the brand in all ten cities. Each session had to be consistent, stay within budget, and keep luxury standards high. We had to coordinate vendors smoothly in each location to ensure comfort for executives and perfect technical delivery. In luxury, details matter most, so every part of the experience had to meet Dior’s standards.
The Answer
We created a central production system that could be repeated in every city without losing quality. The VIBE Agency managed all operations, including finding meeting spaces, arranging catering, handling AV and technical needs, booking rooms, setting per diems when needed, and working with local vendors under one system. With ten cities and ten vendor networks, we kept everything unified. This approach made sure every location followed the same plan and protected the brand’s integrity.
