CxC is one of L’OCCITANE’s most crucial internal moments, bringing together Beauty Advisors from the United States and Canada to reconnect with brand vision, deepen product mastery, and sharpen the art of luxury retail. With the Holiday Season approaching, the most commercially critical period of the year, L’OCCITANE needed more than alignment. They needed a North American sales ignition moment to energize teams, reinforce brand emotion, and accelerate performance at scale.

Alongside the flagship CxC experience, VIBE crafted three regional sales meetings to build local momentum, all of which fed into a unified Holiday Season journey.

THE ASK

Design and deliver a bi-national hybrid program that was commercially sharp and emotionally uplifting, without losing coherence across markets, formats, and touchpoints.

Key objectives included launching the Holiday Season with clarity and momentum; equipping advisors with practical selling and gifting tools for peak traffic; reinforcing the emotional DNA of the brand when customers seek meaning and connection; ensuring hybrid equity for onsite and online participants; sustaining engagement for 300 virtual attendees across two days; and translating Provence, rituals, and luxury storytelling into a compelling digital experience.

Virtual: Dedicated run-of-show, live moderation and dynamic camera switching, frequent interactive engagement, remote product storytelling labs, and leadership visibility for online teams.
