Guests needed to experience a smooth event, while behind the scenes, every detail had to run precisely.
THE ASK
Ruinart needed a luxury experience for the entire Art Basel week, including VIP events, busy public hours, and the closing. The main goal was to maintain brand standards at all times, protect the VIP experience, manage the crowd, and keep operations calm and proactive, even under pressure.
THE CHALLENGE
There is no room for mistakes during Art Basel week. With large crowds, VIP guests, tight schedules, and changing needs, the team needed to be disciplined and quick to respond.
The team had to deliver luxury hospitality at a busy trade show, work with numerous suppliers, follow strict venue rules, and handle setup and teardown throughout the event.
